Our range of Vertical Water Tank Stands have been ingeniously designed by structural engineers, with sturdy frames constructed from mild steel and a coat of red oxide paint to prevent rust, the platform is Galvanized on both sides. Stands are supplied unassembled and are of a bolted construction for easy transport, yet are easy to assemble and erect. Stands are Designed according to SANS10162-1:2005 using wind loads to SABS 0160 7-10 Days Delivery Product Benefits: Made with high-grade steel Designed b 9m y engineers Painted with red oxide to prevent rust Strong enough to hold the entire weight of the tank when full Durable & robust 10-year guarantee Supplied in a self-assemble kit with all parts required for installation FOUNDATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2.5 & 5KL TANK STAND:Excavate one single foundation hole of 1800mm x 1800mm x depth indicated below. Mix concrete of 25MPa and fill the foundation up to 100mm above ground lelel. (Follow the mixing instructions on the back of the cement packet). Make sure you get good compaction and a flat and level surface.  Let the foundation cure for 28 days. If you cover the foundation with plastic you can speed up the curing process, and it can cure within 10 days.  Please note: if you decide to use steel reinforcing, it must be at least 150mm below the surface of the foundation.  DEPTH OF FOUNDATION per height:1.5 & 3.0 m: 200 mm.4.5 m: 300 mm.6.0 m: 400 mm.7.5 m: 530 mm.9.0 m: 650 mm.12.0 m: 1 000 mm Assembly instructions
